Fish :

As you know from ages, fish is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids. Besides, fish provides protein and healthy fats. But remember, eating fishes with high mercury content would harm pregnant women.

Eggs :

Need not say that eggs contain more protein than many protein rich foods. If there is no cholesterol issue, you have a full boiled egg everyday including yolk. If not, you can have two egg whites in a day.

Other foods :

* Yogurt and other zinc, vitamin B complex foods.

* Lean meat. Skinless chicken.

* Cottage cheese

* Chickpeas, soya bean, lentils, peas etc.
