Pawan Vs Raj Tarun – Mahesh Vs Ram Charan

No matter who is in the competition, producers are just trying to capitalise the festive season. Since festive season can afford two or three movies with ease, we have been seeing different budget movies standing in festive competition. It was a four way war in 2016 Sankranthi when Nannaku Prematho, Dictator, Soggade Chinninayana and surprisingly a Sharwanand film Express Raja released. While Soggade Chinninayana stood out to be the winner of the race, Express Raja made huge profits and Nannaku Prematho raked decent numbers.

This year Sankranthi witness the epic battle of Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna and despite that Sharwanand found space for his movie Shatamanam Bhavathi. The young actor once again surprised everyone with a blockbuster in the clash with biggies. It’s the same story in Dussehra season. Mahanubhavudu turned out to be a clean blockbuster, while Spyder collapsed like a disaster and Jai Lava Kusa is turning out to be loss venture. Hence proved, it’s not about the size and star cast of the movie. Audience just want to get entertained in the holidays.

Gaining some confidence from the track record of Sharwanand, Raj Tarun is going to stand in a clash against Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. Yes, you heard it right. Raj Tarun’s Rajugadu is set for a Sankranthi release along with Pawan Kalyan- Trivikram’s Agnathavasi.

On the other hand, we would witness a big clash in summer. Mahesh Babu’s Bharath Ane Nenu is aiming for an April release and the same is with Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam 1985.
