Koduri Keeravaani Better Known as M. M. Keeravaani (Maragatha Mani Keeravaani), is an Indian film music composer and playback singer, who works in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi cinema. he was born on 4th July 1961. Keeravani first began his career as an Assistant music director. He assisted in movies like Collectorgari Abbayi and Bharathamlo Arjunudu.His big breakthrough came with Kalki Movie. Later he worked for blockbuster film Kshana Kshanam (1991), Annamayya. He has composed music for Hindi films such as Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin (1996), Sur – The Melody of Life, Zakhm, Saaya, Jism, Criminal, Rog and Paheli. In Malayalam, he has scored for films like Neelagiri (1991), Soorya Manasam (1992), and Devaraagam (1996).He has composed for over 200 films in various Indian languages. He Received National Film Award for Best Music Direction for Annamayya. The Famous Movies for Which he worked are Seetharamaiah Gari Manavaralu,Allari Priyudu,Shubha Sankalpam, Pelli Sandadi,Sundara Kanda, Okato Number Kurraadu,Gangotri,Chatrapathi,Magadheera,Maryada Ramann,Rajanna,Dammu,Eega,Shirdi Sai, Anamika, Baahubali,Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya.
He has won five Filmfare Awards for Allari Priyudu, Shubha Sankalpam,Pelli Sandadi,Annamayya,Magadheera Movies. He bagged eight Andhra Pradesh state Nandi Awards for Rajeshwari Kalyanam,Allari Priyudu,Pelli Sandadi,Student No.1,Okato Number Kurraadu,Chatrapathi,Vengamamba,Maryada Ramanna. In 1991, He Received Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Music Director for Azhagan Movie.
