* Periods effect :
Periods come with hormone fluctuations. There is no way to prevent this natural happening. And when hormones see fluctuation then soreness and tenderness in the breasts are almost certain to happen.
* Infection :
Blockage of milk ducts, secretion of puss from the nipples and at times the blood, these are not normal things. Redness, clogged sweat glands, and ingrown hair are also signs of infection. Be aware.
